Jane Marie Lynch is an American actress, comedian and author. She is known for her leading role as Sue Sylvester in Fox's musical comedy series Glee, which earned her a Primetime Emmy award. She has also been recognized for roles in Christopher Guest's simulation films, such as Best in Show, A Mighty Wind and For Your Consideration. Lynch has played a recurring role in the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men, which has received a nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award, the drama Showtime The L Word, and the crime drama series Criminal Minds of the station. CBS, CBS TV series All Access The Good Fight and the Prime Video comedy series The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award. Since 2013, she has hosted the NBC Hollywood Game Night game show, which has won two Primetime Emmy Awards for her.
