From 2012 through 2016, he was the head coach of the St. Louis and Los Angeles Rams. From 1995 through 2010, he was also the head coach of the Houston Oilers and Tennessee Titans.

Jeffrey Michael Fisher is a former football coach, corner kicker and return specialist. He was the National Football Federation's head coach for 22 seasons, primarily with the Houston / Tennessee Oilers / Titans branding. He coached the Titans for 17 seasons and St. Louis / Los Angeles Rams for five seasons. After playing college football at the University of Southern California, he was included in the seventh round of the NFL Draft in 1981 by the Chicago Bears, playing with the Bears for five seasons. Fisher became the coach of the Titans at the end of the 1994 season during their tenure as the Houston Oilers and was the team's first coach when they moved to Tennessee. He continued to coach the Titans until the end of the 2010 season, when Titans and Fisher agreed to go their separate ways. After an absence, Fisher was hired as the Rams head coach in 2012 and coached the team for their final four years at St. John's.
