Jennifer Abel is a Canadian diver. She is currently affiliated with Mélissa Citrini-Beaulieu for synchronized diving. She won the Olympic bronze medal at the London 2012 Olympics in the 3-meter synchronized diving with Émilie Heymans. Abel is a four-time Commonwealth Games champion in the 1m and 3m synchronized pedals; and also the three-time champion of the Inter-American Sports Federation in the 3-meter pedal and 3-meter synchronous pedal content. Her ten medals at the FINA World Championships are the record for most medals won by a Canadian in diving at the World Championships.
