Jennifer Joanne Metcalfe is an English actress. She is best known for her role as Mercedes McQueen in the Channel 4 opera Hollyoaks, in which she has appeared since 2006. Her role on the character has made her re-enact in the Hollywood sub-series Hollyoaks Later from from 2008 to 2020. She appeared as a contestant for the sixth series of Dancing on Ice in 2011, where she finished tenth.
