Jennifer Odessa Nettles is an American singer, songwriter, actor and record producer. She is the lead vocalist of the Sugarland duo alongside Kristian Bush, and before that, she led the Soul Miner's Daughter Band and Atlanta-based Jennifer Nettles. She is also a duet partner on the country version of rock band Bon Jovi's single "Who Says You Can on Go Home" in 2006, a number one hit on the Billboard country charts.
