Jeremy Davies is an American film and television actor. He is known for his roles as Ray Aibelli in Spanking the Monkey, Corporal Upham in Saving Private Ryan, Snow in Solaris, Bill Henson in Dogville, Charles Manson in Helter Skelter, Sergeant Gene DeBruin in Rescue Dawn and Daniel Faraday in the ABC series. Lost. Davies won the Emmy Award for Best Guest Actor in a 2012 TV series for his role as Dickie Bennett in the FX Justified series. He also received a BAFTA Award for Best Performance in a video game for the role of Baldur in God of War. Werner Herzog, the director of Davies in Rescue Dawn, describes him as "a unique and very remarkable talent", saying that "around the world there are very, very few actors of his caliber".
