Jerome Kaino is a player for the New Zealand rugby league. He is currently playing wing-back and number 8 for Stade Toulousain in the Top 14. In 2004, he was named IRB International U21 International Player of the Year. In 2011, he was named New Zealand Rugby Player of the Year, surpassing Richie McCaw and Ma'a Nonu in the election. He was a key member of the Rugby World Championship teams in 2011 and 2015, becoming one of 20 players to win multiple World Rugby titles.
