Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill is a former British track and field athlete, specializing in multi-event disciplines and a 100-meter hurdle crossing. As a triathlete, she was the 2012 Olympic champion, winning three times the world championship and the 2010 European championship. She was also the 2010 World Indoor Combination World Champion. As a member of the Sheffield & Dearne City Athletics Club, she is the former UK national record for triathlon. She is the former British national record player in the 100 meter hurdles, high jump and five indoor triathlons. Today Jessica comments to the BBC and runs her own health and fitness app, Jennis.
