Jessica Miller is a figure skater who has represented Canada in international competitions for much of her career. She partnered with Ian Moram in 2002. Miller and Moram were trained at the BC Center for Excellence and trained by Bruno Marcotte. They announced their retirement from ice skating on May 9, 2008.
