James Beeland Rogers Jr. is an American investor and financial commentator based in Singapore. Rogers is the Chairman of the Beeland Interest, Inc. He is a co-founder of the Quantum Fund and Soros Fund Management. He is also the creator of the Rogers International Commodity Index. Rogers does not consider himself to be a member of any school of economic thought, but admits that his views best fit the Austrian school of economics etiquette.
