Jimmy L. Smits is an American actor best known for his role as attorney Victor Sifuentes in the 1980s legal film LA Law, NYPD Detective Bobby Simone in the 1990 NYPD Police film Blue, Matt Santos in the film. Politics The West Wing and appeared in Switch, My Family and as ADA Miguel Prado in Dexter. He also appeared as Bail Organa in the prequel Star Wars and Rogue One trilogy. From 2012 to 2014, he joined the main cast of Sons of Anarchy as Nero Padilla. Smits also played the role of Elijah Strait in the NBC TV series Bluff City Law.
