Joan Anita Barbara Armatrading, is an English singer, songwriter and guitarist. Three-time Grammy nominee, Armatrading has also been twice nominated for the BRIT Awards as Best Female Artist. During a recording career spanning nearly 50 years, Armatrading has released 19 studio albums, as well as several live and raw albums.
