CNCO, a boy band formed in 2015, is a former member. On the reality competition show La Banda, he and his bandmates were finalists.

CNCO is a Latin American boy group based in Miami. The group included Joel Pimentel, Richard Camacho, Erick Brian Colón, Christopher Vélez and Zabdiel De Jesús. They won a five-year recording contract with Sony Music Latin after becoming the winning contender for the first season of La Banda. The group toured with Ricky Martin. Their first single and their second single "Tan Fácil" and "Quisiera", ranked well just after their debut. They released their first album, Primera Cita on August 26, 2016, which included the hit "Reggaetón Lento". The band released their second album of the same name on April 6, 2018, featuring the singles “Mamita” and “Se Vuelve Loca”. Their debut EP Que Quiénes Somos, which features the singles "De Cero" and "Pegao" with Manuel Turizo, was released on October 11, 2019. Both albums topped the Billboard Top. Latin albums and the top 40 on the Billboard 200, while EP debuted in the top 15 on the old chart.
