John Francis Daley is an American actor, screenwriter and director. He is known for playing high school first Sam Weir in the NBC comedy Freaks and Geeks and FBI Crime Records, Dr. Lance Sweets in the crime drama Bones, which he was nominated for the 2014 PRISM Awards. He plays keyboards and sings for the Daytime Player group. In cinema, Daley is known for his collaboration with Jonathan Goldstein in a film duo. The couple have worked together on many projects. Daley and Goldstein's first work was originally based on comedy, where they co-wrote Horrible Bosses, co-wrote The Incredible Burt Wonderstone, co-wrote Horrible Bosses 2, and co-wrote / co-directed the fifth film in the National Lampoon series.
