Jon David Gruden is an American football coach and head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders National Football Federation. He was the Raiders' first head coach from 1998-2001 during their tenure at Oakland and joined the team in 2018. Between his tenure with the Raiders, he was the Tampa Buccaneers Bay head coach from 2002 to 2008, for which he led them to their first Super Bowl title in Super Bowl XXXVII. At 39, Gruden was the youngest head coach to win the Super Bowl. Gruden was also an analyst for ESPN and Monday Night Football before returning to training.
