Josep "Pep" Guardiola Sala is a former Spanish professional football player and coach who is currently the coach of Premier League club Manchester City. He is often considered one of the greatest managers of all time and holds the record for most consecutive wins in La Liga, Bundesliga and Premier League. Guardiola is a defensive midfielder who often plays in a deep midfield position. He spent most of his career in Barcelona, part of Johan Cruyff's Dream Team, having won the club's first European Cup in 1992 and four Western titles in Spain from 1991 to 1994 without a break.
