Jun Ji-hyun, also known as Gianna Jun in English, is a Korean actress and model. She has received several awards, including two Grand Bells for Best Actress and a Daesang for Television at the Baeksang Art Awards. Jun is famous for his role as The Girl in the romantic comedy My Sassy Girl, one of the highest-grossing Korean comedies of all time. Other notable movies include Il Mare, Windstruck, The Thieves, The Berlin File, and Assassination. She also starred in the dramas My Love from the Star and Legend of the Blue Sea. Currently, she is playing the role of Ashin in the Netflix series The Kingdom. Jun Ji-hyun's success in film and television has made her one of Hallyu's top stars. She is referred to as "Troika" along with Kim Tae-hee and Song Hye-kyo, collectively referred to as "Tae-Hye-Ji".
