Justin Chatwin is a Canadian actor. He is best known for his role as Jimmy Lishman in the Showtime Shameless series, as well as for his role as Robbie Ferrier in War of the Worlds. He is currently playing Erik Wallace in Netflix's original series Another Life. Chatwin made his film debut with a minor role in the musical Josie and the Pussycats, and has a breakout role as Tom Cruise's son in blockbuster War of the Worlds. Chatwin's first major roles in the studio movies were The Invisible, as well as Goku in Dragonball Evolution, based on the Japanese comic book series Dragon Ball. Moving on to indie films, he played rock star Bobby Shore in the sci-fi musical Bang Bang Baby, a performance in which he received a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Actor in the supporting role. Other credits include the romantic comedy Unleashed and the TV series Summer Night.
