Kaitlyn Ashley Maher is a young American actress and singer born in Michigan and raised in Ashburn, Virginia. In 2008, when she was only 4 years old, she appeared on America's Got Talent season 3 and during her audition, she sang "Somewhere Out There". She made it into the top 10 in AGT Season 3 and is the youngest to reach that level. Maher has since made a live appearance at The Great Kids Expo in Chantilly, Virginia on October 25, 2008, a live broadcast of the 2008 National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on December 4, 2008, attended by President George W. Bush and more than 7,000 people. guests, and the 2009 Cherry Blossom Festival on April 11, 2009. On October 3, 2009, Maher was the opening act of the Addi and Cassi Hempel Fund concerts. Maher appeared in an advertisement by Harris Teeter that aired in December 2008
