Kalidas Jayaram is an Indian film actor who has appeared primarily in Malayalam cinema as well as a number of Tamil films. The son of two film actors Jayaram and Parvathy, Kalidas first appeared in the film Malayalam Kochu Kochu Santhoshangal at the age of seven. He then starred in Ente Veedu Appuvinteyum, which won him the National Film Award for Best Child Artist. In 2016, he debuted the Tamil film with Meen Kuzhambum Mann Paanaiyum and returned to Malayalam with Poomaram, written, co-produced and directed by Abrid Shine.
