Kaushik is best known for her role as Chandramukhi Chautala on the SAB TV sitcom F.I.R., a role that built her career in the Indian television industry and made her name known. Kaushik participated in the dance reality show Nach Baliye and was one of the participants in the eighth installment of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Kaushik starred in the movie Dr. Bhanumati On Duty by Sab TV. In 2020, she appeared in reality TV show Bigg Boss 14 .
