Kelly Chemane Packard is an American actress and television personality. She is best known for her role as Tiffani Smith on California Dreams, as well as April Giminski on Baywatch and co-host Ripley's Believe It or Not!. She also co-hosted GSN Live's final segment from September 15, 2008 to November 28, 2008. Packard also appeared in the TV series The Wonder Years, Blossom, Step by Step, Boy Meets World, USA High and The Wild Thornberrys. As a child, she also appeared on Bob Eubanks' Daytime Card Sharks show in "Young People's Week".
