Kevin Jan Magnussen is a Danish racer competing in the WeatherTech 2021 Sports Championships, driving Chip Ganassi Racing. He will also participate in the World Endurance Championship in 2022 for Peugeot Sport. He is the son of four-time Le Mans GT champion, GM factory driver and former Formula 1 driver Jan Magnussen. Kevin Magnussen joined McLaren's Formula 1 team's Young Driver program and drove for McLaren in the 2014 Formula 1 World Championship, before joining Renault in 2016. Magnussen rode for Haas from 2017 until the end of the 2020 season
