Japanese-American figure skater who won an Olympic gold medal in the 1992 Albertville Olympics, and also won two World Figure Skating Championships. She was a contestant on Dancing With The Stars' sixth season.

Kristine Tsuya Yamaguchi is a former American figure skater. In the women's singles, Yamaguchi won the Olympic Games in 1992, won the world championship twice and won the United States championship in 1992. As a double skater with Rudy Galindo, she was the world youth champion in 1988 and the national champion twice. In December 2005, she was inducted into the American Olympic Hall of Fame. In 2008, Yamaguchi became the famous champion in the sixth season of Dancing with the Stars.
