Kwame Hasani Brown is a former American professional basketball player. He was the first overall player in the 2001 NBA Draft for the Washington Wizards, and the first player in the number one draft chosen even in high school. During his 12-year career, he played for the Wizards, Los Angeles Lakers, Memphis Grizzlies, Detroit Pistons, Charlotte Bobcats, Golden State Warriors and Philadelphia 76ers. His performance as the first overall pick has led many analysts to call him the “biggest busts” in NBA history.
