Kyle Alexander Kuzma is an American professional basketball player with the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association. He played college basketball for Utah Utes and was named the all-powerful Pac-12 first-place team as a student in 2016-17. He was selected with the 27th overall pick by the Brooklyn Nets in the 2017 NBA Draft, but was traded for the Lakers on draft night. After his rookie season, Kuzma was named into the NBA All-Rookie's First Team. He won the NBA championship with the Lakers in 2020 .
