Mariana "Lali" Espósito, who recorded under the stage name Lali, is an Argentinian singer, songwriter, actress, dancer, model and director. Espósito began her acting and singer career in 2003 when she joined the cast of children's drama Rincón de Luz, created by producer Cris Morena. She had other supporting roles later in telenovelas Chiquititas and Floricienta and a leading role in Casi Ángeles, which then raised her reputation in Latin America, the Middle East and Europe. From 2007 to 2012, Espósito, along with four other Casi Ángeles actors, was part of the teenage pop group Teen Angels, which is the originator of the series. The group has enjoyed international commercial success and has toured throughout Argentina and countries such as Israel, Spain, Italy and Latin America. Espósito also sang in the soundtrack of Rincón de Luz and Chiquititas.
