Lauren DeFazio Fisher is a former American professional tennis player. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Fisher competed in college tennis for UCLA Bruins between 2000 and 2004, twice winning the US doubles title. In 2004, she teamed up with Daniela Berček to win the NCAA Division I men's and women's doubles championship. Fisher was present in the main draw of the 2004 Men's American Open, while paired with Raquel Kops-Jones. From 2004 to 2006, Fisher entered the professional tournament and won three doubles titles in the ITF Women's Tournament.
