About Lauren Steadman

Paralympic swimmer and paratriathlete who rose to prominence competing in both the paratriathlon and swimming events at the Summer Paralympics. She won a silver medal in the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio. She won gold in the 4x100 swim relay at the 2009 World Para Swimming Championships.

Lauren Steadman is an English Paralympic athlete who has competed in three Summer Paralympic Games, in swimming and parachuting. She competed in the 2008 Summer Paralympic Games in Beijing and the 2012 Summer Paralympic Games in London as a swimmer, before switching to skydiving despite the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, where she won the medal of money from PT4 for women.
