Lena Kathren Headey is an English actress of Bermudian origin. She was recognized internationally for her role as the acclaimed Cersei Lannister in HBO's epic fantasy series Game of Thrones, she received five Primetime Emmy Award nominations and one Golden Globe Award nomination. Headey made his film debut in the mystical television series Waterland. She continued to work regularly in British and American films and on television, before gaining wider recognition with leading roles in The Brothers Grimm and 300 films. Her other films include The Remains of the Day, The Jungle Book , Mrs Dalloway, Ripley's Game, Imagine Me & You, Dredd, The Purge, 300: Rise of an Empire, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, and Fighting with My Family. In addition to acting, Headey also played Sarah Connor in the science fiction television series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
