She is famous for her stage performance ability and powerful alto voice. She is the daughter of actress and singer Judy Garland and director Vincente Minnelli. Liza Minnelli is a knight of the French Honorary Corps. In search of theater work, Minnelli moved to New York City in 1961, where she began her career as a musical theater actress, nightclub performer and music artist. Traditional pop. She made her professional stage debut in the Off-Broadway revival of Best Foot Forward in 1963 and won the Tony Award for her role in Flora the Red Menace in 1965, which marked the beginning of her enduring collaboration her with John Kander and Fred Ebb.
