Lydia-Rose Bright is an English television character. She is known for her leading role in the ITVBe reality TV series The Only Way Is Essex. In 2016, she joined Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls. In February and March 2017, she appeared in the fourth series of the Channel 4 reality series The Jump. In 2017, Bright joined a famous version of The Crystal Maze, which aired on June 23. Bright was the subject of media ridicule after appearing in Celebrity Mastermind magazine by the BBC in 2018, scoring just 6 points in Sex and City Expertise, and 2 points in the General Knowledge round of a duration of two minutes. She joined Celebrity Haunted Mansion in February 2018. On February 21, 2020, Lydia gave birth to her first child, Loretta Rose.
