She had starring roles in the action films Mission: Impossible III, Live Free or Die Hard, Priest, and Fantasy Island. She portrayed Tori Wu in the dystopian science-fiction action film Divergent, and reprised her role in the sequels, Insurgent and Allegiant. Q starred as the title role on The CW action-thriller series Nikita. She also had a main role as FBI Special Agent Hannah Wells in the political thriller series Designated Survivor.
