Byron Otto Thomas, better known by his stage name Mannie Fresh, is the best-known American rapper, record producer and DJ of the decade running at Cash Money Records and working alongside Bryan Williams in the duo hip-hop Big Tymers. He produced all or most of the tracks on 17 platinum, platinum or gold multi-disc albums for Cash Money between 1998 and 2004 before leaving the label. Mannie Fresh has now signed with Def Jam South and his own company, Chubby Boy Records.
