Matt Greiner, born Matthew Wilson Greiner, is an American metalcore drummer. He is best known as a founding member of the August Burns Red group. Greiner was educated at home when he was a child. Greiner co-founded the Greiner & Kilmer Drum Company with fellow drummer Kaleb Kilmer, which they founded in 2012. Greiner is a straightforward Christian. Although Greiner is best known for his percussion, he also plays the piano.
