Matthew Scott Wade is an Australian cricketer who has represented the Australian national team as a sports goalkeeper in all three international cricketer tournaments. He plays first and foremost in national cricket for the Tasmanian cricket team, while also acting as the team captain. He plays the Twenty20 domestic cricket for Hobart Hurricanes. In December 2020, Wade captained Australia for the first time in the international cricket match, in the Twenty20 team's second international match against India, after Aaron Finch was sent off with an injury.
