Martha Ann "Mattie" Rogers is an American Olympic weightlifting athlete, competing for 71 kg and representing the United States at international competitions. She has competed at world championships, including the 2015 World Weightlifting Championship. Rogers won the 2019 silver medal in Pattaya, Thailand, Pattaya marking her fourth world. The girl is 24 years old and for the third time in a row she won a medal. Following her silver medal in 2017, she was her first medal in 12 years for an American of both sexes and her draw and streak in 2018 marked the first time a Chinese athlete. Ky has won medals at consecutive world championships since 1994, Rogers is now the first in her country to win a medal three times in a row in 25 years; Byrd-Goad won medals every year from 1991 to 1994.
