From 1969 through 1974, she played Marcia Brady on The Brady Bunch as an actress and singer. She was a theatrical performer for many years and appeared in the 1980 film The Idolmaker.

Maureen Denise McCormick is an American actress. She starred as Marcia Brady on the ABC sitcom The Brady Bunch, which ran from 1969 to 1974, and reprized the role in several Brady Bunch films and extras, including The Brady Kids, The Brady Bunch Hour, The Brady Brides and A Very Brady Noël. McCormick appeared on The Amanda Show as Moody's mother in the Moody's Point segment. McCormick has also appeared in The Idolmaker as well as a host of other supporting roles. During the 1980s and 1990s, she ventured into stage comedy, appearing in various roles and works such as Wendy Darling in Peter Pan and Betty Rizzo in Grease. McCormick also had a short career as a recording artist, releasing four studio albums with the cast Brady Bunch as well as touring with them. His only release as a solo artist to date is a country music album, When You Get a Little Lonely.
