Maximillian Albert George is an English singer, songwriter and actor from Swinton, Greater Manchester, UK, known as the lead vocalist of boy group The Wanted. In 2013, George starred in E! The reality drama Wanted Life. George started his career as a football player, while playing for Preston North End. After an injury that ended his football career, he decided to pursue a career in music. George made his debut singing with the band Avenue. After the band disbanded in 2009, George joined the newly formed band, The Wanted. In 2014, after the success of The Wanted in the United States, he made his first role in the sixth season of the American television series Glee as Clint, the frontman of "Vocal Adrenaline".
