Michael Howard Finley is a former American professional basketball player who is the executive vice president of basketball for the Dallas Mavericks National Basketball Association. He played 15 seasons in the NBA, mainly with the Mavericks but also for the Phoenix Suns, San Antonio Spurs and Boston Celtics. He has won the NBA All-Star twice and won the NBA with the Spurs in 2007
