Former NBA player who became the Atlanta Hawks' head coach in 2013. After leading the Hawks to the best record in the Eastern Conference in 2015, he was voted NBA Coach of the Year. He then went on to coach the Milwaukee Bucks, and in 2019 he was named NBA Coach of the Year for the second time.

Michael Vincent Budenholzer is an American professional basketball coach who is the head coach of the Milwaukee Bucks at the National Basketball Association. Before joining the Bucks, Budenholzer spent 5 seasons as the head coach of the Atlanta Hawks and 17 with San Antonio Spurs, as the rotating video coordinator for the first two, and then the assistant coach after head coach Gregg Popovich. Budenholzer is often referred to by coaches, players and other media as "Bud" or "Coach Bud", similar to his mentor Popovich.
