He played the role of Jack Pearson in the NBC television series This Is Us since 2016. Ventimiglia debuted on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and then in the short Fox series Opposite Sex in 2000. The the following role was played by Jess Mariano as Gilmore Girls, Richard Thorne in WB's The Bedford Diaries, a recurring role as Meg Pryor's love in NBC's American Dreams, and son of Rocky Balboa in episodes six and eight of the series Rocky, Rocky Balboa and Creed II.
