Moira Kelly is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Kate Moseley in the 1992 film The Cut Edge as well as single mother Karen Roe in the teen film One Tree Hill. She is also known as Donna Hayward in Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me, which replaces Lara Flynn Boyle in the prequel to the 1990 TV series Twin Peaks. Other roles include Dorothy Day in The Angels of Entertainment: The Story of Dorothy Day, Mandy Hampton, the White House media consultant in season one of The West Wing, and voicing the love interest of Simba Nala from The Lion King. And its sequels The Lion King II: Pride of Simba and the Lion King 1½. She also played the roles of Hetty Kelly and Oona O'Neill in Chaplin.
