Robert John Burck, also known as the Naked Cowboy, is an American actor, singer, songwriter, writer, adult artist and street performer singing at Times Square in City. New York City. He wore nothing but cowboy boots, a hat and white panties, with a guitar strategically positioned to give the illusion of nudity. On October 6, 2010, Burck officially announced his candidacy for US President in the 2012 US election as the candidate for the American Tea Party movement.
