Nelson Ramón Cruz Martínez is a professional baseball player and is right back for the Major League's Minnesota Twins Baseball Team. Previously he played for Milwaukee Brewers, Texas Rangers, Baltimore Orioles and Seattle Mariners. Cruz is a six-time MLB All-Star Champion and a four-time Silver Slugger winner. He was named the MVP of the 2011 American Major League Championship series in which he scored six home runs and scored 13 points, both MLB records for a series of playoffs. On 5 August 2013, Cruz was suspended for 50 games by MLB for his involvement in the Biogenesis baseball scandal. A late stellar player, in 2008, Cruz made his first 100-game play and a high-streak in his career of 33 home runs - with his first All-Star appearance - in age 28. In 2014, he led major tournaments in tournaments as a member of Orioles. He led the American League to the RBI in 2017 while playing for the Mariners.
