In 2012, she joined the United States national team as an artistic gymnast. She won gold in the team event and silver in the vault and all-around at the 2014 Pacific Rim Championships. She garnered attention in 2021 when a video of her floor routine, featuring popular music and dance moves, went viral. At the time the film was shot, she was competing for UCLA.

Nia Dennis is an American college gymnast. She was a member of the US National Team from 2012 to 2016. She was a Champion of the 2014 Pacific Rim Team and a Silver Medalist for Children in Almighty and Vault. She is currently a member of the UCLA Bruins Women's Gymnastics Team.
