Nicholas Foligno is a Canadian-American professional ice hockey player for the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League. He was selected in the first, final 28th round by the Ottawa Senators in the 2006 Draft NHL. The Foligno will be exchanged with Columbus Blue Jackets six years later and will eventually be named captain of team. His father, Mike Foligno, is a veteran of more than 1,000 NHL games in his career. His brother, Marcus Foligno, currently plays for Minnesota Wild.
