Nivin Pauly is an Indian actor and producer working in Malayalam films. He has received several awards, including three Filmfare South Awards and two Kerala State Film Awards. Nivin signed up for the audition and was cast to play one of the lead roles in director Vineeth Sreenivasan's debut Malarvaadi Art Club in 2009, produced by actor Dileep. After playing a few small roles, Nivin broke through with the lead role in the romantic film Thattathin Marayathu, also directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan. He is known for his role as "Boy Next Door" after his roles in the bilingual black comedy horror film Neram, the 1983 sports drama, the romantic comedy Ohm Shanthi Oshaana, the love drama. Bangalore romance, comedy thriller Oru Vadakkan Selfies and teens love Premam drama. Bangalore Days and Premam became two of the ten highest grossing Malayalam films.
