Lisa Olivia Munn is an American actress and former television host. Born in Oklahoma City, she spent her founding years in Utah and then in Tokyo, where her stepfather was stationed in the United States Air Force. She returned to Oklahoma as a teenager, and then obtained a BA in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma, with the intention of becoming a broadcast journalist. After an internship at a news station in Tulsa, Munn moved to Los Angeles, where she began her professional career as a TV presenter for the G4 gaming network, primarily in the Attack series. Of the Show! from 2006 to 2010. She was also a reporter on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart from 2010 to 2011 .
