Otto Wood is a depressed and depressed man, born in Wilkes County, North Carolina in 1894. He began his criminal life as a child, stealing a bicycle from a northern boy. Multiple violations of the law, mainly related to theft and smuggling, have resulted in incarcerations in prisons in North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
